I used this dentist for about a year. Everyone, especially the dental hygenist, was super friendly and understanding about some dental anxiety I had. The work done was fine and so I kept going for cleanings. While in the chair for my most recent cleaning visit, I was told they'd do xrays this time. It was so casual, I did not realize there would be an extra $200 charge for it.

As someone who is terrified of the dentist, my first visit here has completely changed my paradigm; I can’t wait for my next visit! Every member of the staff was kind, gentle, comforting, and accommodating throughout the entire experience. They consistently made sure I was comfortable and created a completely judgment-free environment that immediately put me at ease. I highly recommend this practice to anybody in DFW who needs dental work or has anxiety about going to the dentist.

I had a fantastic second visit with Dr.Falola of Plano Dentist and his assistant Kerrin for a routine cleaning and a filling. The numbing process was painless, and they communicated everything clearly. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Falola is a very gentle dentist, Aubrey is incredibly friendly and welcoming , the office is clean, and I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in the area

I've been visiting this location for 2+ years now and they have always been reliable, kind, super professional and always accommodating to me in any and every way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentistry. I drive an hour to see the associates at The Plano Dentist from my home and I refuse other locations over them. I've never been treated better!

I had a great experience today with Dr. Cruz of Plano Dentist and his assistant, Kerrin was also outstanding. It was my first visit, and I was very impressed. Dr. Cruz was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The cleaning was gentle yet detailed, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received. Kerrin was also thorough and friendly. The entire staff was very welcoming from intake to completion. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist. I scheduled another appointment with them in the next 6 months for another cleaning. I’ve definitely found my home.
